ORDER FULFILLMENT

We pick the goods (cargo) up from the location designated by our customers upon a prior agreement by phone or placing an order by email and determining the time and conditions of undertaking the transport.

– We confirm or refuse the acceptance of an order by email or phone within 30-60 min.

– In the email request, apart from the address for the pick-up and delivery of goods, please provide:

1. The type of load (goods) and the contents of the parcels
2. The type of packaging, that is, cartons, cans, in bulk
3. The real weight or/and volumetric weight, e.g., the volume of packages, cartons, pallets, etc.
4. The maximum possible delivery period (date, time) and other detailed information that can speed up the delivery, as well as phone numbers and surnames of contact persons (in English, German or French)
5. The name of the company, name and surname of the ordering party and the name and address of the paying party (for the invoice for the transport)

6. Other circumstances that may be relevant for the safety of the shipped cargo (parcels)
7. Information about the supporting documents, e.g., delivery note, invoice, etc.
8. In the case of international transport the CMR document in “xls” format is sent upon request by email to be filled out
9. Please fill out the CMR document accurately and attach it to the supporting documents such as, for example, the invoice for the goods, acknowledgment of receipt of goods or other documents of importance to you
